This has been resolved, our team has now fixed all historical invoices on the billing page in regards to this issue.

The team has rolled out a fix that has addressed the issue around invoices not showing the correct status on the billing page. This fix is for all new payments made after 1/17/24, but the team is currently pursuing a change to update older payments that still show the wrong invoice status. We will update this status page again once this change has been completed.
