Intermittent MFA Code Delivery/Expirations via SMS

We are aware of reports from a small number of customers experiencing an issue where an SMS-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) code may be delayed or marked as expired during login.

We have identified that our SMS messaging provider is experiencing intermittent connectivity degradation affecting portions of their network. We have reported the issue and are working closely with the provider to understand the scope and expected resolution timeline.

Workarounds:

  • If you encounter this issue, please request and use the next MFA code sent via SMS, as subsequent attempts are often successful.

  • You may also choose to switch your MFA enrollment to use an authenticator app for code generation.
